The Cryptid Zoo: Wyvern

Wyverns looked much like classic European dragons except that they had no hind legs. They had scaled dragon-like heads, snake-like bodies, leathery wings, and only two legs. In this way, the wyvern is reminiscent of the tatzelwurm, another dragon with only two legs. The wyvern is primarily reported from England and France.
